Cincinnati, OH, January 7, 2022 – Advantage xPO, the strategic workforce solutions division of Staffmark Group and member of RGF Staffing, has been named to HRO Today’s 2021 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings in the Total Workforce Solutions category for the second consecutive year.
This annual award is based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. Feedback is collected annually through an online survey, and response data is analyzed across three subcategories: breadth of service, size of deals, and quality of service. A predetermined algorithm weighs questions and categories based on importance, and HRO Today calculates scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score.

The Total Workforce Solutions category is special in that it analyzes feedback from customers that use the same provider for both contingent and full-time employee needs. These study results are combined with the relevant components of the managed service program (MSP) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) study findings and consolidated into one data set. Advantage xPO was also recently named to the 2021 Baker’s Dozen in the Midsize Deal RPO category.
