Geno Cutolo

Chief Executive Officer

Eugene A. Cutolo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Staffmark Group one of the largest staffing companies in the United States and a part of RGF Staffing, one of the largest HR companies in the world.

A proven and widely-respected leader, Geno has more than 23 years of staffing industry experience. He joined the company in 1998, serving as a driving force behind the growth and success of one of the most profitable business lines.

Geno is responsible for determining and formulating policies and overall direction of Staffmark Group in connection with business strategy, financial accounting, organizational structure, human resources, operations, and investments.

Geno has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.

Joshua Smith

Sr. Vice President

Joshua Smith serves as Senior Vice President of Advantage xPO, the workforce solutions division of Staffmark Group, providing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Since joining Staffmark Group in 2004, Joshua has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility in both operations and sales throughout his tenure. He is responsible for leading client development, account strategy and service delivery across the Advantage xPO client portfolio.

As an experienced practitioner in strategic workforce solutions, Joshua has distinguished himself as a results-driven leader with a strong business acumen for developing and deploying best in class programs within this discipline throughout the United States and Canada.

In 2019, Joshua was named to Staffing Industry Analyst's 40 Under 40 list.

He holds a BS in Marketing from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School.

Becky Ennis

Vice President of Operations

Becky Ennis is Vice President of Operations for Advantage xPO, a Staffmark Group company. Becky is responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of all xPO Managed Service Programs (MSP).

Becky recently celebrated her 24th year with the company. Throughout her career, Becky has held a number of roles including recruiter, program manager, business analysts, and senior director of operations for MSPs. In the last year months, Becky was instrumental in closing and implementing three MSP accounts and an RPO account.

Becky graduated from Brown University with a bachelor of science in psychology.

Justin McCollum

Director of Sales

Justin McCollum is the Sales Director for Advantage xPO, a Staffmark Group company. A 9-year staffing industry veteran, Justin has served in account management and branch manager roles throughout his career. In February 2016, he joined Atterro to start a new phase in his career selling strategic services nationally. Justin’s 2018 production had him in the Top 10 in sales for the company.

Justin is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor of science in kinesiology and a minor in general business. Just was named to Staffing Industry Analyst's 40 Under 40 list for 2020.

Roberta Kippins

Director, RPO Operations

Roberta Kippins is the Director of RPO Operations for North America for Advantage xPO, a Staffmark Group company. Roberta joined Advantage xPO in 2007 as an onsite recruiter. She was promoted to Senior Recruiter then to Program Manager in 2013 and recently to Director of RPO Operations in 2020.

Prior to joining Advantage xPO, Roberta was with the Intercontinental Exchange, ICE (formerly the New York Stock Exchange) for seven years managing the MSP program. She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Long Island University and a B.S from Medgar Evers College, CUNY.

Rob Romano

Director, BPO Operations

Rob Romano joined Advantage Resourcing in September 2004 having worked in the staffing industry for over 16 years. Rob started his tenure as an Account Manager, before moving into the role of Regional Safety Manager supporting both Advantage Resourcing and Advantage xPO. In October 2013, he was named Sr. Program Manager of Advantage xPO Business Process Outsourcing accounts and in June 2015 was promoted to BPO Program Director. As a BPO Program Director, he oversees delivery management, profitability, and growth of BPO business in North America, while leading the Educational &Manufacturing practices.

Rob holds a Bachelors degree from Rhode Island College.

Kara Doyle

Director, BPO Operations

Kara Doyle has over 10 years of in-house experience leading global HR teams performing functions in L &D , Operations, and Talent Acquisition within the financial and technical services industries at top firms like Dell, Goldman Sachs, and S &P Global. She has led systems implementations for LMS and RMS (ATS) systems globally, as well as led the recruitment efforts across multiple business lines. Her proudest in-house career highlight is that she started the first Veteran hiring program at S &P Global and was awarded a Gold Ace award from the CEO of the firm.

Kara is responsible for leadership of program teams supporting all Shared Services and Human Resource outsourcing engagements throughout North America. She uses her in-house experience to partner with her clients to offer total talent, cost effective, workforce solutions that will help them to achieve their long term business goals and strategy.

When not in the office, chances are you will find Kara teaching a fitness class or working at her nonprofit (Warriors Rising Foundation, Inc.), as she is also very passionate about health and wellness. In her free time she a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and yoga teacher in NYC.
