Stacey Lane

Chief Executive Officer

Stacey Lane is the Chief Executive Officer for Staffmark Group. She drives the strategic direction, business operations, and execution for eight major staffing brands and is a driving force behind Staffmark Group’s transformation as a data-driven organization with a human touch at its core. Lane has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams, creating a strong workplace culture, and developing people, and she brings a pioneering attitude to business challenges. She bets on a people-first strategy and focuses on delivering customer experiences that are the best in the industry, which has resulted in high levels of customer loyalty and client satisfaction.

Lane is a trusted advisor and thought leader with more than 27 years of staffing industry experience and was named to the SIA Global 150 – Women in Staffing list, which celebrates the most influential women in the staffing industry in both 2019 and 2020, and she is committed to the advancement of women in leadership and diversity and inclusion. She is active in the Women in Leadership Council through the American Staffing Association and volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank and Coachella Valley Rescue Mission. She is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association.

Becky Ennis

Vice President of Operations

Becky Ennis is Vice President of Operations for Advantage xPO, a Staffmark Group company. Becky is responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of all xPO Managed Service Programs (MSP).

Becky recently celebrated her 24th year with the company. Throughout her career, Becky has held a number of roles including recruiter, program manager, business analysts, and senior director of operations for MSPs. In the last year, Becky was instrumental in closing and implementing three MSP accounts and an RPO account.

Becky graduated from Brown University with a bachelor of science in psychology.

Lisa Bergman

Director of Sales

A three-decade staffing veteran, Lisa Bergman, CSP, is director of sales for Advantage xPO. Lisa began her career with Staffmark Group in 1994 as a business development manager. Since then, she has assumed roles with increasing responsibility, including regional director, regional vice president, and director of sales for our commercial and CPU divisions. Over the years, she has created numerous operational and sales initiatives and training programs that are still in use today.

Lisa is a graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Outside of work, she is active with her parish finance committee, soup kitchen, and Eucharistic ministry.

Rob Romano

Director, BPO Operations

Rob Romano joined Advantage Resourcing in September 2004 having worked in the staffing industry for over 16 years. Rob started his tenure as an Account Manager, before moving into the role of Regional Safety Manager supporting both Advantage Resourcing and Advantage xPO. In October 2013, he was named Sr. Program Manager of Advantage xPO Business Process Outsourcing accounts and in June 2015 was promoted to BPO Program Director. As a BPO Program Director, he oversees delivery management, profitability, and growth of BPO business in North America, while leading the Educational &Manufacturing practices.

Rob holds a Bachelors degree from Rhode Island College.

Kara Doyle

Director, BPO Operations

Kara Doyle has over 10 years of in-house experience leading global HR teams performing functions in L &D , Operations, and Talent Acquisition within the financial and technical services industries at top firms like Dell, Goldman Sachs, and S &P Global. She has led systems implementations for LMS and RMS (ATS) systems globally, as well as led the recruitment efforts across multiple business lines. Her proudest in-house career highlight is that she started the first Veteran hiring program at S &P Global and was awarded a Gold Ace award from the CEO of the firm.

Kara is responsible for leadership of program teams supporting all Shared Services and Human Resource outsourcing engagements throughout North America. She uses her in-house experience to partner with her clients to offer total talent, cost effective, workforce solutions that will help them to achieve their long term business goals and strategy.

When not in the office, chances are you will find Kara teaching a fitness class or working at her nonprofit (Warriors Rising Foundation, Inc.), as she is also very passionate about health and wellness. In her free time she a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and yoga teacher in NYC.

Laurie Williams

Director, Total Talent Solutions

Laurie Williams is a Director of Advantage xPO and is responsible for the development workforce managed solutions including Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).  Laurie began her career in 1997 and since then held a variety of roles from Recruiter, Head of Direct Hire, to Area Manager to the Director of Global Solutions.  Laurie prides herself on helping her clients solve critical business challenges with the alignment of the right talent, technology and resource management.

Laurie is a graduate of Drexel University and worked as a retail buyer for several years before transitioning into staffing.  Laurie resides outside of Philadelphia and is currently pursuing her PHR.  She enjoys kayaking, hiking, acrylic painting and volunteering.
